Lagos Discharges 36 More COVID-19 Patients

The Lagos State government has announced the discharge of 36 more COVID-19 patients who had tested negative for the virus.

The Lagos Ministry of Health made this known via its Twitter handle @LSMOH on Thursday.

The ministry said the number of discharged patients from the isolation centres in the state was now 1,364.

The ministry tweeted “Today, 36 fully recovered #COVID19Lagos patients; 11 females and 25 males were discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society.

“The patients; 6 from Onikan, 4 from Gbagada, 2 from Agidingbi, 6 from Lekki and 13 from @LUTHofficial Isolation Centres were discharged after testing negative to #COVID19.

“With this, the number of #COVID19 cases successfully managed & discharged in Lagos has risen to 1364.”

So far, Lagos has discharged 1,364 patients, while two patients have been evacuated, and 16 patients transferred.
